Project Manager

Position Objective:
- To work collaboratively with business functions on specific short and long-term projects, as delegated by line manager. Hence, ensure that the assigned projects are moving forward on time and on budget.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage and drive the success of the assigned project(s) by establishing a strong control of all aspects, including Cost, Time, Quality, Scope, Risk and Benefits
- Financial control management of the assigned project(s), ensuring budget(s) is approved, deliverables are within the desired scope and quality
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, managers, project teams and external vendors, suppliers and contractors
- Ensure regular project reporting is completed accurately, providing adequate updates on current project health status, while identifying, assessing and planning mitigation and recovery actions
- Document and maintain all relevant records throughout project lifecycle
- Align and contribute to the Project Portfolio Governance standards, ensuring the project delivery follows consistent practices, approaches and frameworks
- Transfer knowledge of Project Management to business functions to sustain a proper practice across organization

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Economics, Finance, Banking, Business Administration or IT
- Knowledge of PM framework, methodology such as PMP/PRINCE2. Certified PM preferred
- Project Management working experience (2 – 3 years). Experiences in Financial services industry preferred
- Strong influencing skills with stakeholder management capabilities
- Good analytic skills with critical thinking ability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
