Project management

Assists & Perform the full range of the project management lifecycle: initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing.
Coordinating project activities with stakeholders from external (Partners, Supermarket, Suppliers, KOLs, Reporters,...) to Internal (Project Managers, team members,...)
developing measurable project goals and objectives, and monitoring progress toward achievement to ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables.
Write and disseminate work plans and project documents, including procedures, proposals, schedule, reports and presentations.
Undertaking administrative tasks;
Other tasks as assignment.

Marketing & Communication practice
Multichannels campaigns coordinating from online to offline
Develop & Write up content (proposals, Social media content, PR content,..)

Degree:
1+ year in marketing; communications, media and events, merchandising, food & beverage is a plus

Evidence:
Strong project management skills, good communication, interpersonal and team skills;
A proactive and highly organized approach with an ability to motivate, persuade and deal with a broad range of people, from suppliers to clients;
Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and account results with an attention to details attitude
A real passion for event management, food & beverage and an understanding of what makes a good marketing communication campaign;
The ability to work under pressure and assimilate large quantities of information quickly whilst paying attention to details;
Resilience, to enable you to deal with problems and constructive criticism;
A willingness to learn;
An awareness of how the industry is developing in the light of new communication technologies.
