Project Manager

Mission:
To successfully plan contract and implement projects in accordance with the business objects and maintain profitability, quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee the subcontractors for the Company’s project work;
• Revise the civil work (“CW”), maintenance and support contracts with customers;
• Oversee the following activities:
o Site acquisition;
o CW turn key site construction;
o Site design and acceptance;
o Support implementation of Radio Access Network (“RAN”) and Microware (“MW”) as well as internet Protocol (“IP”);
o Operations and maintenance of radio sites under maintenance contracts;
o projects and subcontractor control;
• Manage the costs and budget analysis for the Company’s projects;
• Interface with customers, in-house and external design teams and external vendors to ensure quality end-products are delivered based on customer’s requirements;
• Prepare quotations for project work for customers as well as responding to Request for Quotations (“RFQs”);
• Execute project work plans as well as identifying resources needed for the project;
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project to ensure timely completion;
• Act as the technical expert by interpreting the specifications to the project staff and assisting the staff with any questions related to the technology, equipment and design requirements
• Evaluate technical feasibility with respect to customer requirements, technical capability and allocated project time;
• Apply appropriate project standards, methodology, processes and tools in project management

• Degree in Electrical or Telecommunication Engineer or equivalent;
• At least 5 years of experience preferably in Multinational Company (MW /Network area);
• Attention to the details and accuracy
