About Kwork Innovations
Kwork Innovations Ltd. is an international software company, based in Finland, working with Artificial Intelligence, innovation and advanced web projects. Our mission is to help machines understand humans through text and voice. We value high quality, performance, speed and equality. Our customers are mainly large corporations and government agencies which expect highest standards of code and security.
We are starting our operations in Da Nang, Vietnam and are looking for a part-time project manager to help us with the following
JOB DESCRIPTION
- support recruiting process in creating job ads, screen CVs and conduct interviews
- develop good working relationships with all suppliers and team members
- serve as interpreter in meetings and other situations
- compare services and do other research work (etc. Swot analysis)
- assist in writing a business and other plans
- assist in supplier-performance management
- monitor our timeline and project budget
- communicate with Finnish and Vietnamese team members
- assist in marketing

Yêu cầu ứng viên
You
- can speak and write good English and vietnamise
- have at least 4 yrs working experience in which having 2 yrs working as executive assistant/ leader/ department’s manager
- have experience in the Vietnamese way of doing business
- have experience in making employment and other contracts, how to pay salary and taxes in Vietnam
- have basic experience on marketing
- have excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage own workload
- are an excellent team player with a willingness to support the team in achieving overall goals
- have good negotiation skills
- have general knowledge about business administration
- experience in setting up and operating business is a plus
- have good Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint skills, other computer skills
