Project Manager

- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.
- Deliver quality design, construction and project management to CBRE International Clients and ensure Client is provided with a good working environment. This includes new fit out projects.
- This is a position within the Project Management team with local responsibility. Partner with the Business, contributing to profitability and CBRE brand enhancement.
- Manage and develop skills of direct reports and outsourced service providers.
- Communicate with customers, and ensure flow of information to the relevant teams in a timely manner to meet customers’ expectations and requirements.
- Perform lessons learned on the project with project team members, document them and take appropriate measures to improve on the next projects.

- Degree in Construction, Architect. Strong project management knowledge.
- At least 3-5 years of Project Management experience in construction, fit out industry.
- Advanced language skills in English (both spoken and written) is a MUST.
- Able to communicate confidently at all levels (higher management, customers, workers).
- Strong leadership skills and ability to positively influence others to achieve results of the projects.
- Able to work under stress environment and decision making capability.
- Willing to travel as instructed.
