Mô tả công việc
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Be responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and reporting of the project;
• Be responsible for the project budget and financial flows according to the project agreement;
• Maintain good relationship with local partners in project implementation;
• Be responsible for day to day management of project activities and human resources within the project;
• In collaboration with iDE’s direct supervisor, prepare TORs, contracts for procuring necessary products/services within the framework of project implementation and management;
• Contribute to setting up and testing M&E system. Conduct monitoring and evaluation of the project progress and implementation;
• Facilitate dissemination of best practices and lessons learned throughout the project;

Yêu cầu ứng viên
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor degree in Agriculture, Project Management, Business Administration, Agribusiness, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in project management, experienced in market-based approach is preferable.
• Strong leadership, communication and networking skills, ability to bring actors together, coach them and build capacities.
• Excellent spoken and written English and Vietnamese. Good command of computers and office skills.
