Project Manager

We are a foreign company looking to establish an edible oil manufacturing facility in the Mekong Delta. The Project Manager will be the lead to implement and start this project.

Some of the Responsibilities include -
1. Prepare documents to apply for various licenses
2. Maintain relationship with government departments to ensure smooth and fast license process
3. Identify different suppliers and partners for machinery, construction, legal work, accounting, etc.
4. Request quotations, analyse quotations and recommend the best supplier
5. Assist in meetings with suppliers and partners to ensure smooth and fast process
6. Travel to Mekong Delta on regular basis
7. Review and monitor project work to ensure that progress is within expected guidelines and is completed on time and within budget
8. Assist with hiring new staff, training and managing a new team

Basic education: Graduate
Experience: >10 years

Skills:
1. Strong knowledge Project Management
2. Strong in negotiation & communication skill
3. Dealing professionally in managing tasks and consistently meeting tight deadlines
4. Good level English speaking and writing
5. Take initiative in work, plan, arrange and organize for work effectively
6. Big Advantage if already assisted a foreign company to start a new project
