Project Manager (Interior Decoration Fitting Out)

- Manage Construction Project: Interior Decoration/ finish Fitting out
- Prepare execution plan and quality assurance and ensure timely completion projects.
- Closely monitor on-site work activities to ensure effective resource utilization and thereby maximize the output.
- Chair or join various coordination meetings and progress meetings to facilitate coordination process
- Project planning and tasks scheduling
- Progress monitoring and reporting
- Detect delays and problems in the project and tackle them by coordination with various parties
- Ensuring works are completed in time, in high quality

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master Degree in civil/construction Engineering/ Architecture
- At least 6 years of working experience as project manager in Interior Decoration Fitting out field
- Demonstrate good Project leadership skills
- Experience of working within a multinational organization
- High standard of interior decoration finish quality
- Good managerial, commercial and technical track record
- Good working knowledge of all of the main project management concepts, tools and techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Leadership. Planning and organizing.
- Hotel, casino and resort, condotel….project experiences are advantages
