Our client - a leading international star-up in hotel management and operation in Asia area is now looking for many candidates for the position of Project Manager (Architect & Interior Design work)

Main duties:
- Be responsible for designing and re-constructing hotel interior.
- Work and negotiate with hotel owner to get the transformation work done.
- Work and manage vendors to get the work completed timely.
- Ensure the chain hotel exactly following the brand's standard for design.

**LOCATION: Nha Trang, Da Lat and Phu Quoc (only work in one city)

- Interior design, Civil engineer, Project management or Architect background (preferably in hotel interior design)
- 2 - 10 years of work experience in project management (interior design, property re-construction)
- Good English communication and negotiation competencies
