Project Manager (Global Design Project) - Middle Level

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Manage lifecycle of design projects (custom demo, implementation) across all project phases: initiation, planning, execution, and hand-over closure
- Enforce and improve working process among PM teams and others
- Assemble client's requirements to turn into executable project plans with outlined objectives
- Collaborate with Interior Designer, Planning and Customer Success team to ensure work clarification and deadlines are met
- Estimate and manage the project cost as well as team resources
- Build and engage strong relationships with clients, manage stakeholder expectations
- Forecast, identify project risks and propose resolutions
- Explore industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
- Update progress status on a consistent basis using project management tools (AirTable, Google Drive, Google Spreadsheet)

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor in Business Administration or Interior Designer or Information Technology or relevant
- 1+ year with proven experience in Project Management
- Possess strong understanding about project management and related methodologies
- Knowledge about Interior Design is a big plus

* Learn quick - to digest interior design knowledge and adapt well with project management software
* Organize Information - to assemble interior requirements, give questions, translate them into technical specifications
* Think ahead - to forecast and mitigate or resolve potential project risks

* Build network - to create and maintain good relationships with stakeholders
* Communicate - be excellent in Vietnamese and English communication, both verbally and in writing.
* Be flexible - to work well with people from diverse backgrounds
- Strong ownership of your work and willing to take initiatives at work
- Have strong analytical, organization and presentation skills
- Have strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
