Overview
The Project Manager will be responsible for leading a product design team responsible for introducing new products for release as well as major updates to existing products.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
• Ensure assigned project goals and objectives are achieved while following established design procedures;
• Work collaboratively with Business Development to define product requirements;
• Selection of the appropriate design, product or techniques to deliver innovative solutions to projects;
• Prepare documentation and project briefing;
• Ensure the requirements are clear, deliverable and achievable;
• Responsible for the oversight of Technical/Design services throughout the project life-cycle;
• Coordinate day-to-day project tasks with design and technology teams.

Job Specifications:
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience;
• Enthusiastic in gadget and electronic and a constant desire to learn more about the latest technology trends;
• Knowledge of industrial design, mechanical and electrical design;
• Familiar with product design, prototyping, and DFM (Design For Manufacturing);
• Skilled in reading blue print and various design drawing;
• Experience in quality check, functional testing, product teardown and reverse engineering;
• Advanced level of 2D drafting and design sketches;
• Basic knowledge of 3D file format and 3D printing setup;
• Understanding of supply chain management and mass production requirement;
• Exceptional time management skills and an impeccable eye for detail;
• Demonstrable experience managing and delivering design and technology projects within a fixed budget and schedule;
• Excellent writing and communication skills;
• English and Mandarin speaking is an asset;
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
