Project Manager - Finishing Works (Aluminium and Glass Works of Construction)Headhunt jobs

- Overall responsible for project management from design, authority permits, tender, implementation till completion and handover of the project.
- Source, recommend for approval and appoint all relevant consultants
- Value Engineering to improve buildability, quality and cost competitiveness as well as Research and Development (R&D).
- Manage project implementation on site within the given budget and resources, which include
+ Consultants e.g. architect, engineers, QS, ID, Landscape architect, etc.
+ Site team e.g. construction management team, site supervisor and site staff
+ Contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers
+ Authority liaison parties which include internal as well as external parties
- Summarize practical experiences and suggest improvements of the other current and future projects. Sharing and training other staff.
- Support Sales team in term of technical amtters
- Liaise with contractors for quotation, drawings…. Prepare the CAD drawing as required
- Receive brief from Sale/Customer. Analyze project requirements, cost estimates, negotiate, assist in confirmed projects and coordination of work.
- Planning of manpower and resources in terms of installation, of trucking and of movers.
- Monitor the progress, cost and quality of the construction works; ensures it complies with the standard required by the company.
- E-filing and general administrative works.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback
- Report to the General Manager

- 37-50 years old
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of Managerial experience in Construction industry (Finishing Work)
- Excellent verbal Vietnamese Skills. Good English skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Project Management module of ERP
- Experience in Aluminium and Glass works of Construction

- 13th payment
