Project Manager (Financial Platform Business)

­- Conduct research on the current market in conjunction with related teams based in overseas HQ and Vietnam offices; and take part in product research and comparisons (general and life insurance, loans, cards, and other financial products).
­- Recruit new staff from relevant industry companies.
­- Take lead on on-boarding and contracting new partners/ suppliers in the insurance, banking and intermediary space as part of preparation for the new business.
­- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
­- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
­- Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels.
­- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
­- Perform other related duties as assigned by Chief Investment Officer and other senior management.

­- Proven working experience in financial platform such as comparison platform or similar business. Set-up experience will be an advantage.
­- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
­- Strong oral and written communication in English.
­- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
­- Leadership spirit, able to work effectively under high pressure.
­- Strong exposure in banking or insurance industry, product pricing, product and is willing to work in a dynamic start-up.
­- Experience at least 3 years in the same position (ex. Project manager and/or Operations, Marketing manager)
­- Bachelor's Degree in finance, marketing, business management or another related field.
­- Having leadership skills, work organization skills, staff training skills, sales skills, and proficient office application software skills.
­- IT skills, coding, big data experience is plus.
