Project Manager - Electronics Consumer Goods

The project manager will be responsible for the entire technical process from conception to completion to assure project accuracy and quality.


Description

The project manager will manage a team of project engineers, and be responsible for including but not limited to:

* Carry out product engineering, debug, and development to satisfy product aesthetics and specifications requirements.
* Manage the product development schedule and support on-site from development start to OBS.
* Cooperate with HQ and vendors on product design to make sure cost is under target.
* Responsible for consigning materials, sourcing special components and negotiating cost.
* Support internal groups on material authorization review and production output issues.
* Assist in consigned materials' debug and technical support.
* Give manufacturing support, if needed after Production start.


Profile

The candidate must be proactive, detail oriented, with:

* Product development background with a degree in Mechanical Engineering or related.
* Capable to work with concept drawing from development to production.
* At least 8 years of experience in the toy industry
* Experienced with toy industry standards from different countries.
* Fluent English skills, Mandarin is preferable.
* Able and willing to make trips to other cities when needed.
