Project Manager (Agile & Scrum)

• Responsible for enacting Agile/Scrum values and practices
• Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders by excellent communication
• Work with business manager and customer to develop business requirement for product and solution development.
• Manage progress and delivery of product team
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Track project progress ensuring highest quality of work
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

• At least 3 years of experience in software development and experience in full lifecycle projects management.
• Experience and success with truly Scrum/Agile development teams
• People management skills, project management skills, organization skills, negotiation skills, time management skills.
• Be able to manage client relationships and negotiate changes to commitments/requirements;
• Extremely strong knowledge and experience in .NET, JAVA, front-end languages react angular.
• Background and understanding of software development
• Strong logical and critical thinking
• Good analytical thinking and how to determine the root cause of the issue/problem, ability to give a good estimation.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent communication skills in English.
