职能类别 ( Job Description )：项目管理工程师 – 2名 - Project Manager
1、先期参与新项目导入的可行性分析和评估；
- Evaluation New Projects
2、制定项目进度表和资源分配；
- Setup Project Timeline and Setup Team Resource
3、与客户沟通，并确定客户技术要求能达到和满足；
- Confirm the Project Detail with customers
4、从项目启动开始对项目进行管控，确保内部工作的协调，以达到预期的效果；
- Manage Project Execution to meet or exceed customer expectation
5、根据客户和项目要求，编制各类作业指导书、APQPPPAPPEMEA等文件。
- Define SOP, APQP, PPAP, PEMEA according to customer/project requirement
6、负责新产品的试制和认可工作;
- First Article Sample Verification
7、负责新产品开发阶段的设计、工艺和质量管控；
- Manage Team with Drawing, Engineering and Quality Assurance
8、完成分管的新产品从试制到批产的原料、工艺、工装治具、设备的准备工作；
- Manage the New Products Development from First Article Sample to Mass Production with material、engineering、tooling and equipment setup

9、外协、外购件第一供方的开发和管控工作；
- Manage outsourced suppliers and compliance with quality & shipments
10、制定分管产品的作业指导书、消耗定额、检验标准，包装运输规范等相关技术文件；
- Define BOM, SOP, QA/QC Protocol, Package and technician documents
11、记录汇总产品试制过程中的问题点，拟定整改方案并汇报给客户后验证实施；
- Manage CAPA and confirm with Customers and follow up execution
12、详细记录新产品的开发过程，做到可追溯；
- Projects progress log file and trackable

任职要求 ( Job Requirement )：
1、 大专以上学历，1年以上工程或制造业经验，
- Bachelor degree of Engineering and 1+ year working experience
2、 对热处理/铸造/锻造/冲压等工艺有一定了解；
- Familiar with manufacturing of Forging, stamping, casting or heat treatment
2、良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，工作细致、耐心与深具责任感；
- Skillful in communication and problem solver
3、熟练掌握二维和三维设计软件（ProE, Solidworks, CAD , UG, CATIA等）；
- Familiar with 2D/3D Engineer software like ProE, Solidworks, CAD, UG or CATIA
4、有一定的中文或英语的读写能力；
- Chinese or English Reading/Writing
