Project Management– Environment & Waste Management

Centre for Supporting Green Development - GreenHub is a Vietnamese NGO organization that enables sustainable communities. GreenHub is looking for a Project management under Waste Management working area.

RESPONSIBILITY & TASKS
- Develop workplan of program, projects and implementing projects under program:
+ Develop programme/project in line with GreenHub Strategy and ensure budget negotiation, budget tracking during the implementation period.
+ Facilitate with partners, stakeholders for programme/project activities implementation in accordance to agreed workplans and donor requirement;
+ Coordinate for organizing events, meeting within approved project workplan; on-the-ground project field work
+ Facilitates event organizing, directly engages with local partners;
+ Leads project community development, empowerment activities in Ha Long and Cat Ba;
+ Coordinate and mobilize available technology of plastic recycling
+ Develop learning and communication materials to meet participants’ needs; Deliver a series of training program, communication activities for relevant target groups;
+ Ensure integration of Gender, climate change response and zero waste approach work in the program/project.
+ To respond to information and reporting needs by the line management and donors in relation to the current & upcoming programmes.
+ Supports MEL activities such as needs assessment, base line survey, new project development, project monitoring, evaluations and reporting.

+ Translate documents and act as interpreter when needed
+ To support fundraising opportunities and collaborative agreements with other institutions; Support the development of new proposals as required.
+ Donor liaison as required, in close consultation with the Programme Manager or Project Coordinator; Maintain good communications and relationships with relevant agencies;
+ Think creatively and out-of-the-box about new ways to promote learning and environmental actions for sustainability as GreenHub’s mission.

* Qualification and experience requirements
+ A graduate degree (postgraduate qualification is an advantage) in one of the following areas: Environmental Technology, Environmental Management, Environmental Science, Natural Resource Management, resources or Community Development;
+ Have at least 2 years working experience in related field;
+ Knowledge of environmental compliance requirements, environmental certification for business, corporate social responsibility
+ Desire to develop careers related to environmental management, nature conservation and community development
+ Ability to travel field work and participate in regional and international events.
+ Ability to analyze, synthesize and write reports
+ Ability to communicate, present and coordinate consultants
+ Proficiency in computer, internet, social networking applications
+ Ability to work as a team and work independently
+ Proficiency in English and Vietnamese language skills (listening, speaking and writing)
+ Honest, sociable and eager to learn.
+ Salaries and benefits: The selected candidates will receive salaries and benefits according to the level of competition on the market corresponding to their qualifications. and experience.

Term: 02 month probationary period, expected from 01/04/2020 to 30/05/2020. If successful, a 12- month contract will be signed and renewal may be considered, depending on the individual's ability and needs.
