Project Management Supervisor (on Electronic Field)

+ Understanding product requirements through researching project specifications and conducting in-person interviews with design team members based on project needs.
+ Creating and documenting performance specifications based on new product problem definitions.
+ Researching options that meet the required performance specifications.
+ Collaborating and maintaining relationships with material suppliers and R&D teams to identify options.
+ Recommending candidate materials for performance testing with vendors.
+ Coordinating with outside labs to evaluate material properties.
+ Developing test plans and conducting in-house tests to evaluate material performance.
+ Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services
+ Report weekly to Quality Manager, Procurement Manager

- From 5 to 10-year experience on EMS field, specialized knowledge in purchasing and risk management; office experience; industrial experience
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, organized, detailed, and focused
- Good in writing/speaking in English, Mandarin (if possible)
- Must function well in a group structure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, …
- Knowledge of supply chain systems can be helpful
- Bachelor/Engineer Degree ++
