Project Management Supervisor

Role purpose:

Responsible for assisting Project Senior Managers in coordinating the activities of a project to ensure cost, schedule, document control and quality standards are met.

Key Accountabilities:

• To assist the project manager to get the project done within budget and on deadline
• Execute and monitor project activities
• Prepare and update project plans and status reports
• Participate in project performance review meetings and discussions
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Help team members to achieve good performance
• Understand the scope of the project, identify the project participants, keep updated contact information
• Evaluate the progress of the project to ensure that the timeline is followed steadily and consistently
• Updating the project schedule, taking minutes at meetings, contact to the person in charge of the relevant department, responding to e-mails and writing progress reports to the project team
• Collect data, analysis and consult business requirement
• Prepare analysis on business cases and scenarios
• Preparing and reporting material and data requested by senior project manager
• Support Senior Project Manager to prepare the documents for members’ council meeting, other committees, BOM meeting of the company

- University/ Master Degree (Preferably in Mathematics/Economics/ Business Administration)
- At least 03 years of experience in Project Management and Business Strategy (has experience in insurance sector is a plus)
- Creative and strong analytical skill
- Excellent at Excel and PowerPoint
- Good communication skill in both oral and writing (Vietnamese and English)
- Be self – driven to explore an issue and proactive in finding all possible solutions to each issue
