Mô tả công việc
• Identifying and closing contractual and technical gaps.
• Executing orders based on contractual requirements and ABB’s project management process.
• Checking and following up order execution progress and monitor the changes.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction as per ABB’s standards and keep regular communication with customers.
• Handling and managing project in terms of risk, scheduling tracking, invoicing, tracking, shipment invoicing and coordination.
• Ensuring end to end technical and commercial coordination with customers and all relevant departments.
• Coordinating with accounting and all relevant parties to control invoicing process.
• Complying with budgets and review the cost.
• Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your background
• University Graduate in Electrical Engineering (Power system or Electrical Equipment) or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in project management.
• Hands-on experience in engineering project and/or power industry is an advantage. • Specialized knowledge in transformers and/or electrical equipment is an advantage. • Strong organizational, planning and analytical and decision-making skills.
• Good command of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint… Basic knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Strong command over English communication.
• Effective presentation skills.
