JOB OVERVIEW
The Project Management Manager (PMM) is responsible for 4P’s overall project management function, from initiation of projects, planning, resource allocation, team coordination, execution, monitoring to completion of projects to ensure that the projects’ goals are achieved on time, with expected quality and within budget.
WHAT YOU‘LL DO
- Define the Project Management strategy and lead the design and implementation of a common project management framework, standards and tools to drive and facilitate the successful delivery of projects;
- Define and propose organizational policies to enable the strategic coordination of multiple critical projects and initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness of projects, particularly the RACI - Responsible, Accountability, Consultation, and Inform structure & information flow;
- Lead the execution of a Project Management governance, reporting and review framework to provide a holistic view of all 4P’s critical project activities, including dashboards, reports and training of owners;
- Define a structure to manage interdependencies and coordination across projects to ensure that information relating to project deliverables, risks and issues are effectively communicated between stakeholders and that key performance indicators are monitored and evaluated;
- Foster collaborative and mutually supportive relationships with project leaders and senior managers, assess cross-functional project team capability;
- Provide coaching, training and support to enhance 4P’s program management capability, and improve collaborative team culture and development and project results.
KEY CHALLENGES
- Achieving cooperation, compliance and engagement in the value of a PMM function in an environment of conflicting interests and opinions;
- Identifying new and innovative project management approaches and tools and embed these in the operation of 4P’s.

- Any degree in Business or a related discipline;
- Strong experience in project management in retails, FMCGs or other industries;
- Experience background as Assistant to CEO/ Board, or Assistant to Division Head;
- Formal Project Management Training, such as PRINCE2 Certifcate/ FTMS/ etc.
- Good understanding of general overview of the business; Know-How Business flow, People, “what might go wrong”...
- High level of influence and EQ for coordination with teams;
- Strategic thinking, ability to see a big picture while being Result-oriented;
- Highly discipline to meet timeline and move others to meet timelines;
- Excellent communication and presentation skill.
