Mô tả công việc
1. Project Manager (Core Banking)
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
- Delegate project tasks based on staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
- Use and continually develop leadership skills
- Perform other related duties as assigned
2. Project Manager (SAP ERP)
• Join the brilliant team to work for SAP projects – Rollout/Implementation and AMS projects
• Involve in evaluation and analysis activities prior to project initiation
• Perform project management activities within the organization and leading the project team to achieve project objectives and stakeholders’ expectation
Job Responsibilities
• Adapt to organization’s project & quality management process & standard at NGS
• Coordinate with others departments to determine the plan to use resources for the project.
• Negotiate and reach agreement with customers about project stages, acceptance criteria for each stage, communication mechanism in the project, roles and responsibilities of each member of the project.
• Coordinate with IT on both sides to prepare the necessary hardware infrastructure for the project.
• Control the scope of work in the project in accordance with the signed contract.
• Manage arising requests according to the company's procedures / procedures.
• Develop plans to control the handover quality of the project.
• Develop plans to prevent and overcome risks that may occur during the project implementation process.
• Supervise and push project members to work on schedule.
• Review and re-evaluate the project plan after each stage.
• Evaluate the results of the project participants when closing the project.
• Share the successes and lessons learned in the project with the relevant departments.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Requirements: (For PM Core Banking)
- Bachelor's Degree in IT or related fields
- Proven working experience in project management
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent in English written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- PMP certification is a plus
- Experience in banking/finance IT solution projects is a plus
