Mô tả công việc
- Be responsible for customer contact and services via our online project management system
- Servicing our global clients operations on the American continent
- Be able to service our global client by telephone if needed and arrange online conferences in fluent English.
- Review all incoming graphic tasks and ensure translation in fewer cases into English, daily coordination of all graphic productions with our production department in Saigon, Vietnam.
- Be able to service our customers faster but still in close cooperation with our other graphic offices in order to utilize different time zones in the best possible way.
- Ensure quality and delivery time of all the services
- Writing proficient internal/external meeting reports, memos & emails (i.e. proper grammar, usage, tone of voice and respect)
- Developing and generating of production estimates, production plans, timelines and all other production process.
- Ensuring a fluid workflow and for seeing that TCC’s employees adhere to set deadlines, regarding:
- Preparation and delivery of quotations to clients.
- Job planning/time schedules.
- Evaluation of optimal workflow o Ensuring TCC’s customers enjoy a solid and professional experience.
- Participating in creating a positive and reliable network of contacts and relations for The Color Club.
- Obtaining all necessary legal approvals.
- Developing studies and competitive analyses of client products / services.

- Strong initiative and skills to execute actions
- A Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish, both
- Experience using MS Office & the internet (for research purposes)
- Flexibility & fluidity to engage with clients all around the world, operating within different time zones and accommodating these different time zones alongside a 9-5 shift
- Background in the graphics industry/advertising industry
