Tasks:
ABB Vietnam currently has an opportunity for a Project Management Engineer who will be responsible to support the project team for execution of projects as per budget, quality and timeline. Based in Hanoi and reporting to the Project Management Team Leader, your key areas of responsibility will include, but are not limited to:
• Identify and close contractual and technical gaps.
• Execute orders based on contractual requirements and ABB’s project management process.
• Check and follow up order execution progress and monitor the changes.
• Ensure customer satisfaction as per ABB’s standards and keep regular communication with customers.
• Handle and manage project in terms of risk, scheduling tracking, invoicing, tracking, shipment invoicing and coordination.
• Ensure end to end technical and commercial coordination with customers and all relevant departments.
• Coordinate with accounting and all relevant parties to control invoicing process.
• Comply with budgets and review the cost.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• To be considered for this role you should have,
• University Graduate in Electrical Engineering (Power system or Electrical Equipment).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in project management.
• Hands-on experience in engineering project and/or power industry is an advantage.
• Specialized knowledge in transformers and/or electrical equipment is an advantage
• Strong organizational, planning and analytical and decision making skills.
• Good command of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint and basic knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Strong command over English communication.
• Effective presentation skills.
