Project Management Engineer

You are responsible to ensure Customer and Factory satisfaction through effective project management skills. Deliver results from order entry to project commissioning that ensure repeatable customer business in Bac Ninh, Vietnam. Reporting to Project Management Team Leader you are accountable for cost control and risk management.

Your responsibilities:
• Providing Clarification of orders in co-operation with Customer
• Checking production schedules and confirm orders to Customer accordingly
• Ensuring that all information needed is available from Customers
• Executing orders based on contractual requirements and ABB Project Management process.
• Following up order execution progress and Monitoring the changes in formal way.
• Managing Project’s orders including cost and risk management, scheduling, tracking, shipment, invoicing coordination, and being the primary customer contact for all project-related matters.
• Ensuring technical and commercial coordination with customers and relevant departments through appropriate channel from order intake to warranty expiry.
• Carrying out duties diligently at all times with the highest regard for ABB Quality and EHS policies and standards.
• Ensuring that all activities are in accordance with the guidelines of ABB Code of Conduct and integrity policy
• Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

• A Minimum Degree in electrical engineering.
• Minimum 2 years experienced in electrical engineering project management / order execution
• Knowledge of electrical design in Medium Voltage products, special switchgear and secondary compact substation.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Attention to detail, self-starter, proactive, ability to learn, good interpersonal skills, and result-oriented, good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Good analytical, planning and team work.
• Fluency in Vietnamese and English.
