Project Management Consultant

As a Project Management Consultant, you will play the key role in the project success, your responsibilities in overall project management include but are not limited to:

- Communicate with client and project team to sign off requirements;
- Define and agree with client and project team regarding project plan and working process (resources, schedule, time estimate);
- Assure quality by creating and maintaining project documentation (requirements, track changes, QA check list, issue list, best practices, etc.) and performing spot checks;
- Monitor and report project progress;
- Manage risks and issues by having proper and on-time preventive and corrective actions;
- Control cost with effective and efficient use of resources through the removal of task duplication, upgrade of tool and technical expertise, automation;
- Contribute and develop a collaborative and learning environment by providing open and constructive feedback, knowledge sharing, and mutual support.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- University/College graduate.
- Proficiency in English: IELTS 6.5 or equivalent.
- Experienced with PMP’s knowledge areas is a plus. Ability to adapt project management process, framework to organization’s projects.
- Good at people management skills, including: building trust, interpersonal relations, teamwork and collaboration, and managing conflicts. Very high-quality awareness and client service mindset.
- 2 years + working experience, preferably as Business Analyst or Project Manager.
- Fundamental knowledge in market research, statistics and IT background is a plus, but not required.
