PROJECT LOGISTICS BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

• Develop business relationship with new project client (Oil & Gas, Industrial, Energy, Heavy Lift industries, etc.). Establish connection with overseas client through internet, email, association.

• Check solutions and cost (for multi-modal transportation) with liner, trucker, port, crane owner, BB ship owner, barge owner, RORO, etc. to consult best option and offer to client.

• Prepare and submit bidding proposal in accordance with client’s request.

• Support team members across different areas of the company during busy periods.

• Other duty as per manager/director’s nomination.

• Proven experience (1-2 years) in a similar project/freight forwarder role is advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong written and verbal skills English.

• Flexible approach to daily tasks and work load. Highly organized, able to prioritize and work well under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines.

• Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Able to use AutoCAD is a plus.

• Able to travel, work overtime.

• Able to work independently with overseas customers and vendors.

• Full time contract after 2-month trial period.

• Salary depends on the candidate’s qualifications/experience (abt 9-15 Mil fixed salary + incentive).
