Mô tả công việc
1. Job purpose:
- Be in charge of logistic expediting for Project.
- Monitor logistic expediting, transportation for Project.
2. Job Principle Accountabilities
- Logistics expediting.
- Expedite goods manufacturing with supplier.
- Check shipping document and confirm for shipments.
- Work with logistics service provider for customs clearance, Tax, delivery time.
- Tax exemption.
- Review and check customs documents for import registration.
- Expedite logistics and delivery to site in timeline manner.
- Update data, status of shipment in the logistic expediting control list.
- Monitor logistic expediting as the schedule under management of Procurement Manager and Assistant manager.

INCOTERMS: Understands incoterms
- Process control/auditing: Has a basic understanding of the need for process controls and can understand process control data compiled by others.
- Excel skills: Can use more complex functionally.
- Project management: Understands the basic concepts of project management including project scoping, project timing/resource planning, tracking and exception reporting.
- P2P Business Process Procedures: Understands how the P2P procedure is implemented in own region and monitor P2P effectiveness and efficiency.
- SAP or other ERP systems: Can navigate basic SAP screens and run basic transactions.
- Good at English and Vietnamese communication.
- Time management and problem solving skills are required.
