Project Licensing Manager

We are expanding opportunities for the potential candidates of Project Licensing Mangager to join our growing project.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Working with the local authorities to understand the requirements for licensing procedures and required submission dossiers;
• Working and following up with the foreign consultants to get the drawings and documents including but not limited to master planning, designs, fire fighting, construction permits, EIA, Utility connection, OP inspection…
• Coordinating with local consultants for the localized version of the submission as per schedule;
• Review and make sure the drawings and submission dossiers are in line with the prevailing regulations and be consistent to all other approvals prior to or afterwards;
• Initiating open communication with team and colleagues and line manager to reach a well-informed decision and/or solution;
• Being proactive in coordinating with all stakeholders to get things done;
• Working out the licensing timelines for each package;
• Staying updated with any new regulations relating to the areas in charge;
• Being able to identify problems, conducting thorough problem analysis and coming up with proposed solutions and discuss with line manager;
• Being able to develop the subordinates and enhance the collaborative, open and friendly working atmosphere;

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in architecture – masterplanning
• Work experience: 3 - 5 years in a related field in a similar position
Experience in architectural designs
• Languages & computer skills: English fluency
Autocad fluency; Powerpoint, MS office
• Funtional skills:
(i) Good knowledge of Vietnam legislation and government organizational structure
(ii) Good knowledge of the Vietnam laws on construction, planning, land…
(iii) Proven capability in comprehending the laws and creatively apply the laws to facilitate the company position.
(iv) Being able to read between the lines, cultural barrier and analyze situations to come up with analysis and problem-solving proposals with critical thinking.
(v) Being able to work independently with minimal supervision by the line manager.
