Project Legal Manager

Mission
- Working with consulting firms, state administrative agencies, building and maintaining relationships with departments and sectors for the implementation of project legal tasks;
- Be responsible for updating changes in state policies and laws. Advise legal documents related to project implementation for superiors;
- Supporting functional department on checking and reviewing projects that the Company prepares for investment or investment coordination;

Activities
- Check and control the investment procedures from the project proposal to the project handover, completion of the confirmation of payment volume and value with the competent State agency or private owners;
- Responsible for working with consulting firms and contractors to complete and supplement legal procedures to ensure full legal documents in the investment and construction stages of the project;
- Preside over the monitoring, control and implementation of legal issues related to adjustments, scale changes, design changes, project derivatives;
- Responsible for developing regulations, processes and work instructions related to project management;
- Mastering the documents and legal provisions related to or affecting the project to advise the leadership to comply with the regulations;
- Prepare and submit periodic reports to state agencies as prescribed;
- Gather and manage information, data, legal documents of the project;
- Proposing adjusting the plan to suit the requirements and legal of the project;
- Supervision and implementation of legal procedures related to investment and project development activities in accordance with current provisions of Law;
- Mastering and successfully implementing the legal procedures of the project;
- Proposing the construction, implementation and supervision of the project implementation process, the project approval process from the step of application for investment policy to the project until the project is completed, handed over and put into use;
- Ensure the project is implemented on schedule and in accordance with the law;
- Building relationships with Departments to promote and support Business activities;
- Carry out the project legal work from the stage of planning information provision; asking for investment policy until the project is completed and accepted and the project technical infrastructure is handed over according to the regulations, working as follows: Work at all levels of experts of the provincial / municipal Services and Committees to apply for planning criteria; adjusting population size; approval of investment guidelines; investor recognition; approval of TMB planning 1/500; Detailed planning 1/500, land allocation ....
- Be proactive and advise the BOD about legal situations arising in the course of work performance;
- Manage project legal documents as prescribed, ensuring accuracy, completeness, science, and easy access when
needed;
- Be responsible for all other legal matters relating to the BU eg. OL, Lease Agreement, NDA,…
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management;
- Advise the BOD on other issues in the project's specialized field;

- University degree majoring in Law;
- At least 10 years of experience in the field of project legal, master in legal field of investment, construction, real estate business;
- Knowledge of the Law: Investment Law, Land Law, Planning Law, Housing, Construction, Real Estate Business ... and the documents under the Law;
- High sense of responsibility, honesty; a sense of discipline; agility, dynamism, always having a spirit of learning, creativity at work; professional and dedicated working style;
- Fluency in English;
- Excellent at Microsoft Office;
