Job title: Project Leader (Japanese N3 up)
Level: Senior/Leader
Report to: Group Manager
Work location: 2 locations:
• Hanoi: 12th floor, Gelex Tower, 12 Le Dai Hanh Street, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi.
• HCMC: 9th floor, Etown 3, 364 Cong Hoa Street, Tan Binh District, HCMC.
Job Description
• Following the project lifecycle and in-charge phase from Functional Design to Integration Test.
• Support and make sure the communication between Vietnam and Japan teams should be conducted smoothly.
• Hand on the requirement and problem, etc.
• To communicate with Japanese.
• To do the project management like progress management etc.
• Willing to travel in Japan more than 3 months if requested.

Job Experience
• Must have software development experience: from Detail Design to Unit Test is indispensable.
• Have project management experience like as progress management, project management, Quality management etc., as well as more than 2 years of experience of managing the team of more than 5 members.
Technical skills
• Development language: one of the programming languages & technologies: Java (Android), Objective-C, Java (web), Javascript, VB.NET, ASP.NET.
• Advantage is experience of working with frameworks such as: Spring, Hibernate, Mybatis.
• Experience of Development Processes in at least: Detail Design, Coding, Unit Test.
Human skills
• Good interpersonal & teamwork skill and take the Leadership.
• Have sense of responsibility.
• Capability for problem-solving.
• Able to work under high pressure.
Others:
• Very good Japanese communication skills (equivalent to N3 at least).
• Can read and write Japanese documents.
• Willing to take business trip to Japan more than 3 months.
