Project Leader

• Be responsible for keeping communication with other designers from architect, subcontractor, interior, structure, landscape….. for MEP coordination design.
• Under the coordination of the Operation Manager, implementing project leading processes to be applied to all projects for topics related to C&S, MEPF or environmental consultancy.
• Being responsible for supervising the study and conceptualization of projects entrusted to you, in consultation and coordination with the project manager and your fellow project engineers.
• Leading, coordinating and supervising the design process from basic stage, especially the calculation and outlining of the techniques, assisted by one or more design engineers from the electrical and mechanical design departments.
• Guiding the designers for the preparation of the design specifications and subsequently – together with the client and architect(s) – evaluate the tender documents.
• Being responsible for the technical supervision of the project implementation under the request of the PM and/or OM.
• Ensure communication with the design engineers in the office and a smooth reporting to the project managers
• Other duties up on request.

• At least 6 years of working experience in engineering field for commercial and public buildings
• Excellent English with clear and strong communication skills, flexible, good work ethic and drive.
• Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
• Time management and organization skills
• Ability to organize work independently
• Ability to work with multiple discipline projects
• Willing to travel within Vietnam occasionally
• Additional language or studies abroad will be taken into consideration
• Good and have adequate skills with Autocad, Naviswork and Revit software and can act like project coordinator especially from the Basic to the Construction stage.
• Have good knowledge of local codes & standards
• Advanced MS Office skills
