A global furniture manufacturing company is looking to hire a Hospitality Projects Leader. In this job, you would be based in Vietnam, near Ho Chi Minh City.

About the Hospitality Project Leader Role:
As the Hospitality Projects Leader, you will review and set client project briefs in conjunction with the Commercial/Sales team.

***Key Responsibilities:
- Creates a targeted project plan and manages execution vs plan to ensure successful completion within date and budget
- Liaises with key internal stakeholders and departments on an ongoing basis in order to effectively manage specific project process flow - initial briefing to final delivery and execution
- Provides relevant customer project progress updates and reports to key business stakeholders
- Communicates with clients as required to deliver effective customer service
- Plans and manages client visits and meetings as required
- Manages and develops a Project Assistant
- To succeed in the role in Binh Duong, Vietnam, you must have experience in the furniture sector.

- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, Vietnamese is a plus
- Self-starter, highly motivated, highly organised, goal-oriented, and passionate
- Over three years' experience in customer management preferably in a manufacturing/distribution environment
- Good understanding of the furniture development and manufacturing processes
- Strong project management skills and process oriented
- Detail-oriented and collaborative team player
- Consultative skills, excellent listening, analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent at communicating and presenting complex information in a clear and concise manner to all levels of employees
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office and technically savvy
