Project Intern ( Thực Tập Sinh Dự Án)

• Support in paper work activities – preparation of tenders, proposals, contracts, business cases, market research and reports for business development initiatives

• Prepare meeting requests, meeting agendas and take meeting minutes 

• Coordinate with all departments to execute projects 

• Support offline events, such as offline sale and tasting events, market booths or other brand enhancing efforts 

• Support in building key projects for company (website, CRM, App) 

• Assist in resolving issues for all departments 

• Follow up with daily company tasks, projects

• Hardworking, kind, fast learner, honest and most importantly, possess a great can-do attitude

• Good analytical and administrative skills 

• Resilient, performance driven individual, able to deal with stress and change 

• Confident yet calm, outgoing personality, comfortable approaching new people outside own network 

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written in English and Vietnamese 

• Internet savvy and passionate about Beverage, and Health 

• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office

• Working in a dynamic, open and creative environment
