Project Implementation Manager (Warehouse/logistics)

This role leads the implementation of warehousing & inland projects across multiple functional stakeholders while ensuring all of the client’s needs are met throughout the on-boarding process. The job holder is responsible for framing up the implementation plans to drive business initiatives and solutions, and most importantly execute the plan through completion.

Key responsibilities:
The main areas of responsibility for the appointed Project Implementation Manager will be the following:

- Lead the implementation of WND & VAS project to achieve on-time accomplishment, within budget and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate cross functional stakeholders through building a positive team attitude, resolving conflicts and clearly communicating project objectives.
- Plan capital and operational budgets for assigned projects; monitor and track budgets; adjust expenditure as necessary.
- Communicate business objectives as well as technical complexities of the project to stakeholders at many levels of the organization.
- Act as focal point of contact for all project related issues and escalations including risk management, risk response strategy, mitigation recommendations throughout the project.
- Lead project team to ensure compliance to project plan and timeline through regular meetings.
- Track, report and communicate progress to team members and stakeholders; manage project repository and ensure all documentation is up to date and accessible.
- Assist Area Delivery with specific tasks as required to achieve overall functional goals effectively.
- Conduct necessary trainings for related stakeholders.
- Comply with Code of Conduct, HSSE policies and guidelines.

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or the equivalent education and work experience, preferred a certificate in project management.
- 2-4 years of relevant working experience in Warehousing, Logistics, Supply Chain, Project Management
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
- Proven leadership experience in an integrated supply chain with the ability to lead a cross-functional project team
- Excellent project management skills, problem-solving skills, decision-making skills
- Proficient in data analysis, Microsoft applications, preferred knowledge of warehouse management systems
- Being well-organized, methodical & able to work to tight deadlines
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Fluency in English language
- High integrity
