In general
• Overseas implementation of projects within Operational Department
• Coordinates the use of resources allocated to them
• Evaluate projects and the work as a whole
Main duties and responsibilities
• Evaluate the Projects, Co-ordinate with different stakeholders of the projects (HR, IT, GS Org, partners), Project initiations, Planning & Implementation & Monitoring
• Analysis the project, understand the requirements, match it with GSA & submit proposals (timelines, resources, budget etc)
• Prepare fit gap analysis, actions for gap resolutions to have smooth project migrations to GSA-VN
• Analysis the project performance, collect feedback from partners, review with them and propose process improvement plans
• Project co-ordination, review the progress, Process Issues resolutions
• Maintain the quality of the deliverables and Initiating CIP for Process and System improvements
• Recruitment plan & support, coordinating Trainings for the team
• People management, Disciplinary controls (productivity, punctuality, discipline, leave records, presence)
• Reports to supervisor for the issues, delivery
• Leadership skills to lead the project (Motivation, issues resolutions at all levels, Ideas & improvements, Smart solutions etc)
• Awareness and communication for health, work security, company guidelines to the team to provide healthy and lively environment for work.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Professional education in project management (PMI)
• Experiences >2 years in project management
• Is proficient in 2 foreign languages, especially English
• Very good IT-skills (MS Office)
• Managerial skills, team spirit, excellent communication skills
• Ability to coordinate, to resolve conflicts, crisis situations, ability to work under stress
• Capacity for analysis and synthesis
• Good organizational skills, able to take decisions
• Experiences >2 years in project management
• Is proficient in 2 foreign languages, especially English
