- Handle customer enquiries, quotations and overseas agent correspondence and offering solutions.
- Perform and resolve customer dispute or complaint cases with care and in copilance with all internal and regulatory company’s requirements and custo mer’s standard procedure.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions, enabling customers to enjoy the full benefits of our comprehensive range of products and sevices.
- Handle docs for air/sea export shipnent until lose a file.
- Back up docs jobs for import docs staff/ OP manager when necessary
- Input shipments data into systems
- Report especial cases/ troubles and work result to OP manager.

- At least 2 to 3 years experiences in freight forwarders.
- Have good experience in handling air/sea export docs, have experience in handling air/sea import docs is a priority
- Have good skill in English to work with agent and customer to handle shpt smoothly .
- Have a high responsibility, careful, have ability to work under high pressure and work overtime when necessary.
- Have good skill in working individual and in group.
- Have a good skill in communicating with customer
