Project Executive/ Senior Sale Executive

- Experienced in managing interior or activation project. (At least 01 year experienced)
- A degree from an accredited university
- Source and update database of new clients. (only for sale position)
- Maintaining relationship with existing clients.
- Liaise with clients, designers, workers, sub-contractors, suppliers and other internal staff to ensure the smooth execution, required safety standards & delivery of works
- Able to read and understand the Interior drawing
- Responsible for project progress in term of schedule and cost
- Excellent communication (verbal, written, presentation & negotiation) skills
- Creative in problem solving
- Good interpersonal skills and well organized
- Independent and responsible with good working attitude
- Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Willing to work overtime and travel to other provinces as required

- Candidate must be able to speak and write fluent English.
- Good computer literacy and well-versed in Microsoft Office
- Fluent English (speaking and Writing);
