Project Executive

Overall Role Purpose
Work with the project manager to coordinate and accomplish the necessary project tasks and requirements. In this role, Candidate must have an eye for detail and a go-getter personality, ready to help synchronize all the project elements and make them operate successfully.

Reports to Project Manager

Key activities
- Be a voice in the strategic planning phase of upcoming projects.
- Assist the projects team and Ops support team with the creating, planning, co-ordination and communication, monitoring and managing of Cross function department and Operations projects.
- Assist in preparing and updating project administration documents; timelines, external/ internal meeting minutes, status report, other operation tasks in an effective and timely manner.
- Assist with managing the creative and delivery output process, including briefing participant’s feedback to team members and assist in managing delivery of key stages of work.
- Contribute to creative proposals with ideas, research and written presentation.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with necessary specifications.
- Assist project manager in the execution of the management plan for assigned projects.
- Other tasks are assigned by line managers.

- Communication skill (English), spoken and written.
- Good at MS skill (Word, Excel, Power Point…) and Presentation skill
- Able to adapt to change and work under high pressure.
- Ability to multi-task effectively

Expected years of experience: 1 – 2 years operations experience, preferably within transportation or logistics industry

Educational qualifications: Diploma (or equivalent)
