Project Engineer

 Site Engineering Works Execution in line with MDLZ Safety standards
 Contractor Management as per MDLZ guidelines (Will be briefed during Induction)
 Support OEMs/Plant line leads to install new set ups/Equipment.
 Site Cross functional & LM alignment prior to Change management
 Preparation of Engineering Related Documents pertaining to Quality, Engineering & Review with LM /Key stake holder (Autocad Drawings, RFQ, Bidding matrix etc)
 Cash flow Management on Database. (Can be trained post joining by Line Manager)
 Participation and support in Governance meetings with VLT
 Support PCM engineer (Counterpart) for preliminary feasibility checks for New Product Launch from Engineering P.O.V/ Involve in Plant trials
 Evaluations of Kaizen driven engineering solutions with cost optimal mindset.
 Active Involvement in Daily/weekly/Monthly Governance Meetings & “Capability enhancement Trainings”.

 Decent command over English (have to lead discussions with Regional CFTs also).
 Good communication skills
 Problem solving ability (Constructive mindset)
 Able to work under pressure ( as per ADHOC situations cascaded by MDLZ BU/Regional LT)
 Supportive to all the key Cross Functionals on de-bottlenecking issues.
 Time line bounded ( Good Plan to Execute strategy)
 Candidate must have good Auto Cad Knowledge
 Candidate expected to have Fair Electrical knowledge /Background
 Candidate to be from Hung Yen/Hanoi – Can be reachable in urgent times to factory (e.g. Emergency situation as and when applicable)
