** Job Purpose:
• Handle international product transfer in/out within Pepperl+Fuchs global subsidiaries.
• Involve in new product launch from the early conceptual stage to series production.
** Major Accountabilities:
1. Product Transfer
• Responsible for the planning of project transfers with early involvement of both transferring and receiving Total Production Units (TPU).
• Responsible for the coordination of Product Transfer activities globally based on Product Transfer Road-map.
• Conduct product transfer re-assessment and measurement of effectiveness of transfer.
2. Product Launch:
• Responsible for the new product launch.
• Ensure new product adhere to “design for manufacturing” factor based on test, process and quality aspects representing the TPUs.
• Involved in development of production concept with Research & Development (R+D) and Production starting from early product development stage.
• Develop product industrialization plan with R+D and Production.
• Facilitate Simultaneous Engineering for production processes within production facilities.
• Comprehend manufacturing plant’s process capability.
• Coordination of the product launch that includes project plan, schedule and investment cost.

• Experience: 3-5 year experience in Automation/ Electricity industry

• Supply Chain coordination - Delegation: Assigning tasks, responsibilities and accountability to suitable staff, and providing directions and autonomy while maintaining ultimate accountability.
• Implementation of PEP: Ability to comprehend and practise PEP.
