Mô tả công việc
- Lead the sale team to reach the targets.
- Handle the existing customers and serve them
- Support sales and Marketing team to create new market penetration ideas for new market.
- Find new customers and inquires
- Interview, hire, terminate and train new sales executive
- Communicate regularly with the Admin and technical team as to stock, technical issue with customers, delivery, installations, repairs & maintenance service.
- Organize and attend weekly staff / management meetings and training
- Promote the company reputation in the fitness industry of Vietnam
- Keep abreast of industry trends through readings, communication with other clubs and by attending industry, seminars and meetings
- To actively look at where the Attivo Sales department can improve revenues and cut expenses without taking away services from customers. Take nothing for granted check everything.
- Daily, weekly sale reports/customer visit records
- Achieve the given sale targets.
- Follow up the existing orders and inquires.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Male/Female with good-looking appearance
- At least 3 years working experience with Attivo International or a multi-national Sales company in a Management Position
- Good command in English and also good communication skill, specifically, convincing skill.
- Must have demonstrated good management skills. Must have good math skills and ability to understand a budget and financial statement.
- High computer literacy.
- Good PR skills with outgoing personality.
- Ability to work with self discipline to fulfill the given targets.
