• Search information of Commercial & Residential lands in HCMC
• Analyze HCMC Commercial markets, Laws, Action information.
• Find out potential developer who has lands in HCMC
• Thoroughly understand related regulations/laws in development & investment
• Thoroughly understand procedure/process in legal approval
• Build up the relationship with relevant customers, authorities
• Other duties assigned by GD

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• At least Bachelor’s degree in University (Higher degree will be preferred)
• More than 5 years of experience in commercial project development
• Feasibility Study Execution
• Formulating Financing
• Excellent speaking and writing skills in English
• Deep knowledge for Commercial, procedures and auctions
• Working Place: District 1, Ho Chi Minh city.
