Mô tả công việc
- Prepare profiles, documents related to land procedures (land compensation, land lease, land use right certificate issuance, etc.);
- Prepare profiles, documents related to legal procedures of the Project (investment registration certificate, enterprise registration certificate, planning, permit obtaining process, etc.);
- Assist in working with authorities and relevant units to accelerate the implementation of assigned works;
- Prepare and translate Project Development Department’s documents and others;
- Assist in supporting authorities during activities, events, etc. held by Deep C;
- Assist in supporting partners, stakeholders, other departments of Deep C related to Project Development.
- Perform other duties assigned by Project Development Manager and higher management level.
- Chuẩn bị hồ sơ, tài liệu liên quan đến các thủ tục đất đai (bồi thường GPMB, xin thuê đất, cấp giấy chứng nhận quyền sử dụng đất v.v);
- Chuẩn bị hồ sơ, tài liệu liên quan đến xin thủ tục pháp lý của Dự án (giấy chứng nhận đăng ký đầu tư, đăng ký doanh nghiệp, quy hoạch, thủ tục xin cấp phép) v.v;
- Hỗ trợ làm việc với của các cơ quan quản lý của nhà nước, các đơn vị có liên quan để thúc đẩy tiến độ thực hiện công việc được giao;
- Chuẩn bị và dịch tài liệu của Phòng Phát triển dự án và các tài liệu khác có liên quan;
- Tham gia hỗ trợ các cơ quan quản lý nhà nước trong các hoạt động, sự kiện v.v do Deep C tổ chức;
- Tham gia hỗ trợ các đối tác, nhà cung cấp, các phòng ban khác của Deep C liên quan đến phát triển Dự án;
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của Trưởng Phòng Quản lý Dự án và các cấp quản lý cao hơn.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University graduate
- Fluent in English (prefer university graduate in English or equivalent majors);
- Experienced in project development (compensation process, land profiles, planning, permit issuance, etc.);
- Experienced in working with authorities of different levels in Quang Ninh Province;
- Able to work independently and be well adopted in teamwork.
- Prefer residents from Quang Ninh Province
- Trình độ Đại học trở lên.
- Tiếng Anh thông thạo (ưu tiên ứng viên tốt nghiệp Đại học Ngoại ngữ hoặc chuyên ngành tương đương);
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc về phát triển dự án (thủ tục bồi thường GPMB, hồ sơ đất đai, quy hoạch, cấp phép v.v);
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với cơ quan quản lý nhà nước các cấp của tỉnh Quảng Ninh;
- Có khả năng làm việc độc lập và làm việc tốt theo nhóm.
- Ưu tiên ứng viên đến từ Quảng Ninh
