Project Developer

• Look out for potential customers in the shoe industry
• Communicate with customers and manage customer relationships
• Take care of the new outsole project (for sport shoes) and contact the customers to develop the new projects
• Take care of the new decoration project (printing/painting/coating products) and contact the customers to develop the new projects
• Work and control decoration processes (painting) with suppliers to improve/set-up the standards
• Check the cost of each decoration process by supplier to report to manager for calculation
• Deliver concise and objective monthly reports with focus on deliverables and proposals for change
• Forecast and production planning with customers
• Project follow ups (testing, sample confirmation and review)
• Prepare handover documents, quality manuals and SOPs
• Supervise the quality and quantity of the new projects.

• Graduates from Technical High School and/or Technical/Marketing University preferred
• At least 2 years working experience in the shoe industry
• Experience in Plastic Injection Molding preferred
• Have a hard working and cooperative mindset (team work)
• Previous relationship with shoe factories, like adidas, Reebok, Puma, etc. (beneficial)
• Very good English skills (written and spoken)
• Good knowledge with MS Office suite
• Knowledge in painting/printing/coating products is a plus
