Project Coordinator

Service management and development
• Manage and develop user network
• Online support for users.
• Continuously improve system service quality.
• Collect and respond user feedback.
• Propose solution to develop the system and services.

Documentation
• Draft project reports.
• Review documents drafted by project admin.
• Translate documents between Vietnamese and English

Support
• Project management (in collaboration with the Project manager)
• Communication

Training
• Receive trainings from project experts to perform the work, and become project trainers
• Train HAWA DDS members to use the platform

DDS Operation(to be trained by the project before work)
• Conduct member audit
• On site inspection

Other relevant works required by the Project Manager

2. Capacities and Qualification
• Creativity and proactivity are the prerequisite conditions.
• Fluency in English - 5 skills mastering: Writing, Speaking, Reading, Listening, Translation
• Good management capacity.
• Experience in English speaking environment. (Having a history of Project Management/Co-ordination/Administration is preferable.)
• Good communication skill.
• Willing to learn new knowledge and skills.
• Willingness & determination to work long term for project.
• Skillful in using office soft-wares: Word, Excel, Power Point.
• Able to conduct trainings.
