Project Coordinator

- In charge of monitoring daily operation and quality insurance of the production team

- Coordinate between production teams

- Communicate with clients to propose solutions and ensure projects delivery on time with best quality;

- Apply processes and identify opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency;

- Establishes a work plan and staffing for each phase of the project. Develops the project plans and product specifications within the framework of the company development process. Coordinates with business unit managers and production director for recruitment or assignment of project team personnel;

- Confers with project team to outline working plan, assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority within the context of the company development process

- Direct and coordinate production team activities to ensure project progress on schedule and within budget;

- Able to understand the project architecture, technical documentations, technical issues to provide technical advice and support to resolve problems for development teams.

- Supervise all phases of the project development life cycle;

- Review team reports and modify schedules or plans before report to BOM

- 2+ years in IT Production and Services;

- Technology background is preferred

- Strong managerial experience in IT development;

- Strong experience in applying Best Practices in software development;

- Strong people development and resources management skill

- Experience managing teams and projects at an international level.

- Strong organizational, time management and communication skills;

- Can work under pressure or tight deadlines, with strong work ethic and teamwork;

- Ability to interact with a diverse set of technical and non-technical stakeholders;

- Highly responsible, careful, hardworking, initiative and able to work under pressure;

- Strong sense of analysis and decision.

- Must be able to communicate in English and Vietnamese
