Project Coordinator

- Assist the Project Manager in the coordination, reviewing of design by design team and other consultants.
- Leads production of schematic design, design development and construction documents.
- Reviews documents for quality control evaluations & ensure the design information with the latest drawings produced.
- Ensures timely delivery of project.
- Aminister design team
- Coordinates and maintains project schedule
- Liaises with customers, clients, contractors, consultants, suppliers and vendors.
- Oversees construction phases of projects (if any)
- Actively seeks new design and construction methods.
- Ensures close-out documentation and project archives are completed
- Strong communication and understanding of material finishes
- Occasional travel required
- Other duties may be assigned.

- Bachelor in architect, Civil engineer.
- There are 2-3 years of experience in the same position
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in English and Vietnamese, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to complete tasks with high degree of accuracy and with strong attention to detail.
- AutoCAD proficient, MS Offices, Photoshop, Indesign, Sketchup Revit and other rendering skills are plus; hand sketching ability preferred.
- Experience in foreign company preferred
- Registered urban planner preferred
- Presentation skill is a must.

Languages
- Fluent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
