Mô tả công việc
1. Communicate with company’s principals, customers, and network in a timely, productive and cooperative manner;
2. Perform operational and administrative tasks and duties assigned by direct supervisor;
3. Verify and evaluate contractor’s implementation of QHSE guidelines;
4. Review scope and project requirements; coordinate with customers and principals on project schedule, discuss and seek approval in case of having variation orders;
5. Have knowledge about oversized, overweight cargo;
6. Have experience to handle project cargo ;
7. Update project schedule, monitor shipment schedule and cost, and identify action item with relevant party to keep project on track;
8. Contact shipping lines, airlines, overseas partners to get the rate and make quotation to offer customer;
9. Coordinate with contractors, other departments, local agents, and relevant parties for smooth arrangement;
10. Record and file costs, expenses, revenues into job sheets, monthly SOA;
11. Keep track of payment to vendors and collection from customers, and principals;
12. Ensure procedures and guidelines are carried out during operations;
13. Other duties assigned by Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University degree in Economics, Transportation, Maritime or equivalent;
- Good communication in English;
- 2-3 years experience. Preferable in logistics, transportation and freight forwarding industry;
