Project Coordinator (English Speaking) - Join US On Our Journey!

The Color Club is looking for a Project Coordinator who is flexible, able to multi-task and able to ensure each project runs smoothly and meets our clients’ expectations. The position of a Project Coordinator is a client-driven one, with responsibilities focusing mainly on the servicing of clients. A project coordinator will work closely with Account Managers in coordinating projects, communicating with freelancers, analyzing clients’ needs, planning the projects in details, facilitating work requests and delegating tasks to other departments.

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO
• Effectively coordinating with different departments within the studio, as well as external partners.
• Writing proficient internal/external meeting reports, memos & emails (i.e. proper grammar, usage, tone of voice and respect)
• Responding promptly to all clients’ and internal requests.
• Opening job numbers, updating the online project management system database and information on the economic system.
• Supporting the Account Manager in the development and generation of production estimates, production plans, timelines and all other production processes.
• Project Coordinator holds the primary responsibility for a fluid workflow and for seeing that TCC's employees adhere to set deadlines, including:
- Preparation and delivery of quotations to clients.
- Job planning/time schedules.
- Briefing of jobs to the Team leaders.
- Evaluate and ensure optimal workflow. Ensure that TCC's customers enjoy a solid and professional experience.
- Participate in creating a positive and reliable network of contacts and relations for The Color Club.
• Obtaining all necessary legal approvals.
• Developing studies and competitive analyses of client products/services.
• As the Project Coordinator will have direct client contact and will work on client projects or marketing development initiatives, as required.

We believe that the chosen candidate should have:
• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
• Knowledge of print and online production, strong analytical skills, strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.
• You must be passionate, possess initiative, be a problem solver and, very importantly, a team player.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, are required.
• Experience using MS Office & the internet for research is also required.
• Our clients are based all around the world, operating within different time zones, you will need to be flexible and able to work in shifts – morning shift: from 7 AM to 3 PM and evening shift from 3 PM to 11 PM.
